Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and courier details. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
Delivery times vary by location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery may take longer during festivals and sales events.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item after delivery. To cancel, contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We source directly from trusted artisans, temples, and established suppliers who follow traditional methods. We never compromise on quality and authenticity.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Our online pooja services are simple:
- Select your desired pooja and book online
- Provide sankalp details (name, gotra, nakshatra, etc.)
- Our qualified priests perform the pooja at a sacred location
- You receive HD video recording, photos, and blessed prasad at your doorstep
Yes, you can select a preferred date during booking. However, the final date may be adjusted based on priest availability and auspicious timing (muhurat). We will confirm the exact date via email/SMS within 24-48 hours of booking.
Blessed prasad is shipped within 5-7 business days after the pooja is performed. Depending on your location, delivery takes an additional 3-7 days. You will receive tracking details once shipped.
Refund policy for pooja bookings:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled date: 90% refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% refund
- After pooja is performed: No refund
We accept multiple payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (for eligible orders)
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We use SSL encryption to protect all data transmission.
Once a refund is initiated:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Wallets: 1-3 business days
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank.
